Ms Tracy Wong is the co-founder of Nature Bathing, a Hong Kong social enterprise leveraging Nature Wellness programs to uplift wellbeing and promote environmental education. She represented Hong Kong in an 18-day Antarctica expedition and gained first-hand experience of the impact of climate change. As a social entrepreneur, she was selected as an "EE 30 Under 30” in 2023 by the North American Association for Environmental Education, which recognises 30 environmental educators aged under 30 around the world each year.

Previously a senior innovation consultant at a consultancy company, she provided training, coaching and hackathons to listed companies, NGOs and startups as well as managed community engagement projects. She is keen on promoting social innovation and taught social entrepreneurship courses in secondary schools.
