Mr Shawn Cheng founded FoodCycle+ in 2013 which aims at realizing circular economy practices by commercializing various types of innovative upcycle agri-products derived from organic waste. Besides his works in FoodCycle+, he is also a carbon auditor and ESG consultant with over 15 years of practical project experience working with various environmental consultancy groups, research institutes and the government sector. In his spare time, he serves as a part-time lecturer in local education institutes to teach and train young people about environmental protection.
