Since joining Good Lab in 2017, Warren has been responsible for overseeing a portfolio of social and public sector innovation projects in Hong Kong. He has led the Good Lab team to deliver large-scale projects with partners such as Drainage Services Department and Leisure and Cultural Services Department to blend stakeholder engagement with the co-creation of user-centric solutions through design thinking. He has also led Good Lab’s start-up incubation programmes in collaboration with higher education institutions and NGOs to inspire and coach young changemakers in universities and our local communities.
Warren is passionate and committed to public services and currently serves as an appointed member of the Advisory Committee on Enhancing Self-Reliance Through District Partnership Programme under the Home Affairs Department, which looks to promote sustainable poverty prevention and alleviation efforts through seed grants and advisory for social enterprises.
Prior to joining Good Lab, Warren built substantial international and business experiences as a management consultant in the UK, US and working across Asia. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from University College London (UCL) and is a LUMA Institute certified practitioner of human-centred design.
