Graduated in The University of Hong Kong, Andre has been creating impact to first emerging Southeast Asia and South Asia as an entrepreneur since 2012, firstly started education startup in Cambodia and currently as Founder of Future City Summit, a multilateral development organisation basing in Hong Kong, curating summits and development programs in urban development, food, fintech, governance and policy, connecting to over 30+ emerging cities in Asia and Africa through established Emerging Future Cities Network, both public and private sectors, with high-profile guests such as Prof. Muhammad Yunus, Founder of Grameen Bank, Bangladesh, I.B. Rai Dharmawijaya Mantra, Mayor of Denpasar City, Indonesia and Arthur F. Celeste, Mayor of Alaminos City, Philippines.
Andre used to work in asset management company in Hong Kong and volunteered in agencies such as United Nations Development Program and Mekong Business Initiative(MBI) of Asian Development Bank in Southeast Asia to practice knowledge in emerging economic development, development financing and entrepreneurial governance, experience involving financial technologies, agriculture, food, entertainment, urban development and education. Andre was also invited to be a founding member of Hong Kong - ASEAN Economic Cooperation Foundation.
Andre is currently also scholarship master student in Public Policy in Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy in The National University of Singapore.
