CY Chan oversees HKBN’s Talent engagement and corporate social investment strategy and initiatives and is also helping HKBN to deliver purposeful profit. In his organization development capacity, he leads his team to build HKBN’s corporate culture, defines leadership requirements, and drives succession management. He also guides the Talent management team to enhance effectiveness and efficiency in Talent acquisition, performance assessment and reward, and Talent servicing. In corporate social investment aspect, CY actively works with NGOs and other organizations with a view to bringing sustainable impacts to the community.
Prior to joining HKBN, CY was a consultant and business development head of a global human performance improvement company, covering Southern China region. He was an HR practitioner and leadership trainer across consultancy, telecommunication and manufacturing industries. CY enjoys sharing his experience with others and humbly hopes that he could be the catalyst to other’s career and life success.
