Tithe Ethical Consumption Movement (TECM) is a social innovation organized by Fullness Social Enterprises Society (FSES) as a platform that connects the government, corporate, social enterprise and volunteer together to support the development of social entrepreneurship, as well as the promotion of ethical consumption in Hong Kong. Our vision is to "Change the World with Consumption" as we engage the public to take part in solving social issues by practicing their ethical consumption.
