Developed from the idea of SE Lab in 2020 to enhance access to community resources for the grassroots, a specially designed card game called UnitHome+ was developed with the help of different parties including students and alumni from the master programme of Architectural in the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

The card game featured different profiles, such as a single mother or a person newly settled in Hong Kong, and players were asked to achieve the missions by using different community resources.

A trial session was held on 23 October for social workers serving the grassroots community in Sham Shui Po. Through the game, it was expected to encourage effective sharing information regarding community resources and thus to enhance living quality of the residents.
