Launched in 2007, Hong Kong Social EnterpriseChallenge (HKSEC) is an annual social venture start-up competition organised bythe Centre for Entrepreneurship of The Chinese University of Hong Kong. With thesupport from the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau, HKSEC encourages students to takea creative entrepreneurial approach to solve real world social issues andaccelerates youth-led social enterprises through a structured competition modelfor educating and incubating social entrepreneurship.
