Dynamic Aging Community Tour was held at Wan Chai Park with the aim of providing physical fitness education to Young old, thus helping them to build an active lifestyle. Participants were gathered to learn the usage and correct posture of using public free fitness facilities in the park, and strength training with resistance band.
The event was co-organised with Golden Age Foundation and sponsored by the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau, HKSAR.
