Ms Judy KONG Ka Wai

Judy Kong is the Chief Executive of InspiringHK Sports Foundation. Founded in 2012, it is one of the first sport charities in Hong Kong to empower youths through sports. She also has experience in working for charities in Hong Kong and China.

She holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Oxford, UK, a Master’s degree in Social Work from University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor’ s degree in Global Business Studies from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She has been a registered social worker since 2011.

Judy was appointed by the Home Affairs Bureau, HKSAR Government as a Board of Director of The Dragon Foundation (2018-2020). She is also a co-opt member of the Standing Committee on Sector of Capacity Development of the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (2018-2020).
