Link Leung is the founder of Shenzhen Link Accessibility and has 8 years of experience in strategic management, fundraising, financial, and on-site implementation at Accessibility Research Association (ARA), Shenzhen Zheng Weining Charity Foundation and Shenzhen Canyou Group. Since 2011, he has been committed to promoting social inclusion and integration via accessibility, such as providing computer training for visually impaired people.

As the leader of ARA, he further established Link Accessibility as a social enterprise to extend more services for the disabled, scale up social impact, and achieve financial sustainability. So far, it has provided solutions for about 40 internet products, including WeChat, Taobao, AliPay, car-hailing company Didi, Huawei, and Microsoft　products. Realizing the importance of collective impact, he established Accessibility Products Alliance so that the disabled can lead a fair and convenient live through the use of modern technology.
