Mr Kenny Shui is the Head of Economic Development and Assistant Research Director at Our Hong Kong Foundation (OHKF). OHKF is a non-profit organization that seeks to further the overall interests of Hong Kong through public policy research, analysis, and recommendations. As part of his work at OHKF, he oversees policy research on various aspects of social innovation, including green finance, pay-for-success, and gerontechnology. His team has successfully advocated various innovative policies, including green bond schemes, revisions to sustainable finance codes, Hong Kong’s first pay-for-success pilot, SIE Fund’s Gerontechnology Platform, and the Social Welfare Department’s Innovation and Technology Fund for Application in Elderly and Rehabilitation Care.
