Ir Dixon KWOK

CEO, iEnterprise, HK

With over 10 years of engineering background in multinational consultancy firms and government projects, Ir. Dixon Kwok is currently the CEO of iEnterprise developing inclusive technology with social innovative operation and providing employment opportunity to underprivileged community within the framework of “Inclusive Smart City”. He has received “Young Engineer of the Year Award - The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE)” in 2023.

He is the Founder of York Joint Design and Construction, a subsidiary of iEnterprise, the first social enterprise engaging in civil and green engineering industry in Hong Kong aiming to align stakeholder interest to deliver shared values with Environmental, Social and Governance perspectives since 2018.  He has been instrumental to build up a professional team of over 80 members with disabilities, ethnic minority & ex-offenders with on-job trainings in the fields of green infrastructure and information technology whilst some were further educated with university degree and professional qualification in Hong Kong Construction and Industry Council (CIC).

He also serves as a Member of Innovation Sub-committee in Civil Division, HKIE, District Youth Community Building Committee Member and Appeal Board Panel Member of the Amusement Rides (Safety) Ordinance, Home and Youth Affairs Bureau, HKSAR.  He has actively contributed to various serving and training projects in Hong Kong Junior Chamber International (JCI) including JCI Creative Young Entrepreneur and SDG Pioneer Program, Cyberport Entrepreneur and HKSTP projects.

He is a Registered Professional Engineer, Chartered Civil Engineer, and Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competency. He obtained a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from Metropolitan University of Hong Kong, BEng in Civil Engineering from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and MSc in Environmental Engineering from the University of Hong Kong. He is currently a Doctorate Degree Candidate in Finance from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
