Ir Andrew YOUNG

Associate Director (Innovation), Sino Group

Ir Andrew Young has close to 40 years of executive experience.  He is currently Associate Director (Innovation) at Sino Group, and is responsible for exploring and identifying innovation, technology and investment opportunities in technology ventures.  Prior to joining Sino Group, he had served as Chief Commercial Officer at the Hong Kong Science and Technology Park and Director of Partnership Development at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

He is Adjunct Professor at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and the University of Hong Kong in addition to being committee members of different universities in Singapore and Hong Kong. He also serves on a number of committees in leading commerce and industry associations, such as Chairman of the Hong Kong Automation Technology Council and Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Medical and Healthcare Device Industries Association.  He is active in the start-up and venture capital community.
