David CHOW

Mr David Chow is a dedicated educator and have strong beliefs in education and youth empowerment to change the society. He graduated from the university of Hong Kong with a Master’s Degree in Education (youth studies). With his career as an education consultant and education program manager, He founded Edu Plus Act Group, and devoted himself in school development and teacher training services, bringing new thoughts and insight to teachers and the education sector.

After his service in different NGOs as voluntary executive director, Mr Chow recognize his passion in the education and youth sector and build up his social network in it. He then co-founded Edution Network, which focus on education research, youth development and to empower students, youth and educators with social innovation.
